

Robin Beard serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of LATA and is the company’s majority shareholder. With over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, and executive management, Robin brings deep expertise across the petroleum, agriculture, and environmental sectors.
She began her career in accounting roles with prominent petroleum companies, including Santa Fe Energy, Seagull, and Mesa Petroleum. She also supported research and financial operations for the Amarillo National Research Center, affiliated with the University of Texas.
Robin went on to serve as Director of Finance and Administration at the Don Harrington Discovery Center, a nonprofit science and education center in Amarillo, where she oversaw budgeting, finance, and operations.
Her career continued with executive leadership positions, including serving as CFO for several family-owned enterprises—a long-haul transportation company focused on agricultural products and a national distributor of industrial and agricultural equipment.
In addition to her corporate leadership roles, Robin is an accomplished entrepreneur. She was the founder and President/CEO of Rocab, Inc., a regional transportation firm, and Managing Member of West Texas JNR Investment Group, LLC, which focused on real estate investments in the Texas Panhandle.
Robin’s background is also rooted in agriculture. Her family operates a large, multi-entity farming and ranching enterprise in the Texas Panhandle.
She holds an MBA from West Texas A&M University and a B.S. in Horticulture from Texas Tech University.
