Mr. Bloch has over thirty years of leadership experience with a focus on business development, performance to budget, and management of personnel, subcontractors, and project teams to meet stakeholder objectives. He has broad and diverse experience covering a wide range of projects and technical disciplines in electrical engineering design-build including IT, SCADA, instrumentation, physical security, communications, and medium and low voltage distribution systems. Mr. Bloch has been involved in large-scale design/build contracts and integrated IT/SCADA systems. Mr. Bloch has had extensive international experience and managed LATA’s International Projects group focusing on international security and WMD counterproliferation, detection equipment supplies and operations training, and foreign national training in counterproliferation best practices. Mr. Bloch has a proven track record of program and financial success.
He currently manages all LATA electrical engineering and IT projects and oversees LATA’s Westerville staff.
Mr. Bloch has an MBA from Capital University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Ohio University.
