

Ms. Bigger leads LATA’s Business Development (BD) team and efforts to increase corporate revenue growth, reach new clients, and expand upon our existing services. She has 30 years’ experience in project management, geoscience, natural resources policy, public involvement, and B2G business development.
Ms. Bigger has led BD efforts for small businesses including 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, ISBEE, HUBZone, and minority-owned businesses. Her experience includes cultivation of professional networks with clients, agencies, competitors, and teaming partners; opportunity identification, tracking, and development; proposal management and creation; Customer Relations Management (CRM) system implementation; conference and industry event strategic planning; and creation of marketing materials and web content. As a BD professional, she has been involved with numerous federal agencies including U.S. Department of Energy and prime contractors, U.S. Forest Service, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Environmental Protection Agency, Bureau of Indian Affairs, and NASA.
Prior to joining LATA, Ms. Bigger worked for a small safety and health and environmental remediation company. She has also managed programs and projects for Boise State University, the Idaho Water Resources Research Institute, and her own small business that provided geologic consulting for the oil and gas industry. Ms. Bigger also served as State Director for Natural Resources and the Environment for a United States Senator aiding in policy making and interfacing with federal agencies and citizens.
