Mr. Ball is LATA’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He has over ten years of experience in financial analysis and management. As CFO, Mr. Ball plans, prioritizes, supervises, and manages all financial activities of the company. He currently assists and directs a team of accounting personnel responsible for the company’s financial reporting, billing, and accounts receivables and payables. He also works closely with executive management to make strategic improvements and efficiency improvements for the company. Recently this included the implementation of a credit card expense/travel software and a CRM platform for the company along with the purchase of fleet vehicles. He is responsible for all financial audits including certifying company reported government rates. He is proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and CostPoint Deltek. Prior to joining LATA, Kyle was Vice President, Commercial Lending for AGTEXAS Farm Credit Services where he was responsible for managing, servicing, underwriting, and growing a commercial loan portfolio consisting of complex large agribusiness and farming loans.
Kyle has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from West Texas A&M University with a minor in Finance.
