ASHLEY HIGHTOWER

Ms. Hightower is LATA’s Human Resources Manager. She is a Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional.  Ms. Hightower oversees all aspects of LATA’s human resources management for all active and retired employees and their dependents. She handles employee functions such as recruiting, staffing, performance management, benefits administration, onboarding, diversity, and EEO Compliance. Ms. Hightower serves as the 401k plan sponsor and head of the 401k Committee for the LATA Retirement plan.

Ashley has a Bachelor of Applied Sciences (B.A.S) and is currently completing her Master’s in Business Administration with Management Specialization from West Texas A&M University.
